Darkseeds are an exclusive form of currency that was first introduced on October 4, 2024.
Appearance[]
Darkseeds are diamond-shaped seeds with a reflective light-purple hue. At the bottom of the seed are three dark purple spikes, covering half of the seed.
Obtaining[]
Darkseeds are obtained through naturally spawning Phantoms, shovels, and Trick-or-Treat cauldrons.
Usage[]
Once 1,000 Darkseeds are obtained by a player, they can be exchanged for a Corruption Orb in the Darkseed Machine in the Dungeon Cavern.
Trivia[]
- Originally, Darkseeds were awarded in lower amounts, this was soon changed on October 7, 2024, doubling the amount awarded.
- Darkseeds were created by Cosmo to combat the corruption in the Dungeon Heart.
- They absorb small portions of corruption.
- They can form pods called Corruption Orbs, which also absorb corruption.
