The Flaming Jack-O'-Lantern Mask is a clothing item worn on the face. It was originally released on September 26, 2018 as a prize for collecting 500 pumpkins in the Pack Run.

It is a carved Jack-O'-Lantern mask. The mouth is very sharp and ridged. One eye is wide open and the other is slightly closed in an angry position. At the top is the stalk of the pumpkin. It comes in 5 variants.
