Gems are the main currency in Animal Jam. Players can see how much gems they have by tapping the gems icon at the top of their screen.
Appearance[]
Gems are coin-shaped gemstones that come in an assortment of colors.
The colors include (on the gem icon):
- Purple
- Pink
- Yellow
- Blue
- Green
Obtaining[]
They can be earned by playing minigames, as rewards, from the currency exchange at the Sapphire Shop or recycling items. They may also be obtained via a My Shop, or when you create an account, Peck gives you 1000 gems.
Usage[]
They can be spent on clothing, furniture, wallpaper, flooring, dens, and animals throughout all of Jamaa.
Trivia[]
- Gems are one of the four forms of currency on Play Wild, the others being Sapphires, Phantom Tokens, and Tickets.
- Gems can be purchased through the Sapphire Shop and previously were able to be purchased in the Premium Shop.
