Not to be confused with Arthur (NPC). Hugh is an NPC that looks after the Color Cloud in the Pack Hideouts. He also looks after the Crafting Lab.
Appearance[]
Hugh is a raccoon with a pink color as his primary color. He wears a purple beret and blue glasses with pink lenses. He holds a paint palette and a brush.
