The Phantom Dimension is an area that can be accessed through a Phantom Portal. The Phantom Portal in the Lost Temple of Zios closed on January 30, 2019, and the Phantom Dimension is now entered through the Phantom Portal and Opal Phantom Portal den items, or the "What Do You Want To Do Next?" menu button on the right side of the screen.

Appearance[]
The Phantom Dimension is an alternate version of Jamaa where the Phantoms live. It is a purple world that seemingly experiences an eternal night, with small particles falling from the sky. There are Phantom tentacles and roots growing over the ground, wildlife, and many of Jamaa’s buildings. Most entryways to indoor locations are covered in thorny vines, barring Jammers from entry.
Some signs and iconography have been changed to show Phantoms or fittingly themed imagery. Phantoms roam each area, with some choosing to post at specific locations to prevent Jammers from traversing further into their territory.

Lost Temple of Zios Portal[]
On November 4, 2018, the Lost Temple of Zios’ contained a Phantom Portal that was only open for 5 minutes. This 5 minute window occurred after a Spiky Phantom unlocked the portal at 1:00 am GMT. It closed at 1:05 am GMT, requiring a code to get into the Phantom Dimension. This code utilized a full outfit, emotes, actions, and chat prompts.
The Phantom Portal in the Lost Temple of Zios closed and disappeared on January 30, 2019. The first Phantom Portal den item would appear in the Sapphire Shop on January 2, 2019, for 100 Sapphires.
Portal Code[]
After the portal closed on November 4th, 2018 at 1:05 am GMT, the code to get in was:
- Wear the Phantom Flight Suit.
- Use a cry emote.
- Do the sit action.
- Be scanned by the Phantom eye.
- Use a ninja emote.
- Say "Open sesame!" from Bubble Chat.
All lights would turn green if the steps were followed in the correct order and the portal would open. However, if a Jammer was not wearing the Phantom Flight Suit, they would not be able to go in. Once the code has been used, the code doesn't need to repeat if the Jammer is still wearing the Phantom Flight Suit upon entering the Phantom Portal.
The code to open the portal was hidden on the stones around the Phantom Dimension. Despite this code becoming obsolete with the introduction of the Phantom Portal den items, the code to the original portal can still be seen around the dimension’s stones.
Phantom Battles[]
In the Phantom Dimension Jammers can Battle Phantoms for Phantom Tokens, which can be used to purchase items at both of the two ??? Shops.
??? Shops[]
The Phantom Dimension has two ??? Shops. The first shop, owned by the Spiky Phantom, is permanently located at the Lost Temple of Zios. The second shop, owned by the ??? Phantom, can be found in the different areas of the Phantom Dimension and switches locations daily. Both shops sell a variety of different items that can be purchased with Phantom Tokens won from Phantom Battles. Most notably, these shops are the source of most Potions.
Phlob[]
Phlob, also known as the Giant Phantom, is a large Phantom that sits in the entrance to the Arctic Wolf Ice Cave on Mt. Shiveer. Jammers can feed Phlob one Paintseed and it will roll to reward Gems, Sapphires, Potions, Phantom Tokens, Den Items, Clothing Items or Rare Items. The reward has the option to be rerolled for a possibly different outcome. There are no limits to how many times Phlob can exchange Paintseeds for rewards, provided a Jammer has at least one Paintseed to give Phlob.
Receiving a reward from Phlob is a step in completing the Phantom Fighter Mission.
Messages from the Phantom King[]
Around the Phantom Dimension, there are little phantom icons that can be clicked to reveal a message from the Phantom King.
Trivia[]
- Only Sarepia Forest, Lost Temple of Zios, and Jamaa Township were playable areas on November 4, 2018, as the rest had locks on the Phantom gates and couldn't be opened.
- The Paintseed trees in the Phantom Dimension regrow each reset.
- As of January 2, 2019, all main areas in Jamaa are accessible except the Canyons Pathway and rooms.
- On May 1, 2019, the Wild Explorers Tent became accessible. On special occasions, a shop may be present where items can be bought with Phantom Tokens.
- During events, new decorations may be present, such as ghost and jack-o-lanterns during Night of the Phantoms.
- For a few days, the Phantom Portal den item was sold inside the Traveling ??? Shop for 200 Phantom Tokens.
