The Phantom Gumball Machine consists of a large, round spheres of glass, which hold pink, purple, or green gumballs. On top of the glass is a lid with a bump on top. The glass sphere rests on the machine part, which has a circular knob in the front and a gray-colored slot beneath it, where the gumballs are supposed to come out.
When a jammer sits next to the Phantom Gumball Machine, a blue screen appears behind it, similar to the screen from the Ninja Laptop.
