The Pill Bug Hat is a clothing item worn on the head. It was originally released in September 2016 in the Pill Bugs Minigame by getting a gold bug badge on the Level 5-6 in Medium mode.

The Pill Bug Hat itself represents the pill bugs seen in the Pill Bugs Minigame, much like the one seen dancing on the flower in the title screen of the game.
