On October 2016, the item re-released at the Sapphire Shop as a part of the Night of the Phantoms Bundle for 250 Sapphires.

The Spooky Tree is a large black tree, which has a green face carved in the middle of it. When placed in a den it will change faces. This item only comes in one variant.
