The Spooky Villa is a den. It was originally released on October 10, 2018 at the Sapphire Shop for 150 Sapphires or through the Spooky Villa Bundle for 250 Sapphires.

It is a large open villa with a courtyard. It has multiple floors and multiple rooms leading off into a spooky courtyard. There is a small graveyard and circular area that is fenced off in the garden. There are streamers, flags, skulls and candles hanging and laying around the den. There is also a full moon and stars in a night sky.
